In 2004, Omni Principal Scott Johnson was selected to lead the consulting and pre-leasing efforts for Westgate, one of the largest entertainment developments in Arizona. Scott worked closely with Steve Ellman and the Ellman Company team to help shape the design, flow, and leasing strategy for a project that required both creativity and large scale coordination.

The collaboration was highly successful and resulted in a destination that has become nationally recognized for dining, entertainment, and major events. Westgate is home to the NFL’s Arizona Cardinals and the NHL’s Phoenix Coyotes and remains a major gathering place for visitors throughout the Valley.
